External calls allows you to hook up a third party telephone system to automatically patch across the caller ID in to your system. This can be used by VoIP software.
Using your staff account, you will be able to use a dedicated link which you can append a telephone number to. This link will automatically take you to a dedicated console showing details for the Caller ID you provided and allow you to manage and place bookings.
This tool allows quick and easy access in to your system, and once loaded, will provide immediate information about the caller and any relevant information about active or upcoming bookings.
You can set-up a URL which uses the currently logged in user, which is ideal for fleets that share the same computer but login/logout for each staff member.
